The Heritage House B&B is just the place for history buffs looking for a place to relax and unwind. This beautiful 200 yr old Southern Mansion is just what the doctor ordered. With history to spare it offers a way to make learning our past exciting as well as teachable. From housing the Southern Bank Of Kentucky during the mid 1800’s. Being robbed by the James-Younger gang in 1868 - the bullet hole is still in the wall where the bank manager was shot. You can explore the original two vaults from the bank as well. This gorgeous home has worn many hats in her day. It has been a Christian College Library, a boarding house, a private residence, a public library and now a Bed and Breakfast and event venue for more intimate gatherings. We love to share The Heritage House B&B with our many wonderful visitors. Making new friends and memories that will last a lifetime. The Heritage House B&B is where history lives.

Heritage House is a spacious 7200 sq feet. There is plenty of room to roam and settle into one of many cozy nooks. The B&B is on 3/4 of an acre with a large garden that is home to many mature tree’s. Take a stroll or sit and enjoy the calm breeze. If you prefer a short walk the town square is just three blocks away. Visit the local shops and have a meal at Arielle’s Italian Restaurant.
